Prepare For Imaging
Polylysine
-
Coat bottom of 6-well plate (glass) with thin layer of polylysine
-
transfer gel to plate



Agar
Fill plate with agar (PBS, TDE, or water)



Glass slide
Remove solidified agar from plate to large glass #2 coverslip



More Agar
Add more agar around puck to hold in place.
cover with small petri dish + saran wrap to avoid evaporation




Macaque
Drop fixation, 4% PFA, 7hrs
Vibratome, 100 microns
Immunohistochemistry protocol
Expanded post stain
